Important terms and conditions for using our services
These Terms of Service govern your use of Muba Tour And Travel Zanzibar's services, including our website, tour bookings, and related activities. By booking a tour or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Please read these terms carefully before making a booking. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

- All bookings must be confirmed with a valid payment method
- Tour prices are subject to change without notice until booking is confirmed
- Group bookings (6+ people) may require special arrangements and deposits
- Booking confirmation will be sent via email within 24 hours
- Changes to bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges
- Full payment is required at time of booking for tours under $200
- Tours over $200 may require a 50% deposit with balance due 48 hours before tour
- We accept major credit cards, cash (USD, EUR, TZS), and mobile payments
- All prices are quoted in US Dollars unless otherwise specified
- Additional charges may apply for remote pickup locations or special requests
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before tour start time
- Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to 50% charge
- No-shows will be charged the full tour amount
- Weather-related cancellations by operator result in full refund or reschedule
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Participants engage in activities at their own risk
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all participants
- Medical conditions must be disclosed at time of booking
- Baluu Zanzibar Tours is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage
- We reserve the right to refuse service for safety or behavioral reasons
- All safety equipment and instructions must be followed
- Arrive at designated pickup points on time
- Bring required documents (passport, permits) when necessary
- Follow guide instructions and safety protocols
- Respect local customs, environment, and other participants
- Disclose any medical conditions or dietary restrictions
Muba Tour And Travel Zanzibar shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Severe weather conditions or natural disasters
- Government restrictions or policy changes
- Civil unrest, strikes, or labor disputes
- Mechanical failures or transportation issues
These terms are governed by the laws of Tanzania. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of Tanzanian courts. We encourage resolution through direct communication before pursuing legal action.
